Burma government army is committing deadly human right violation against Kachin people in all over KIA control areas as well as in Kachin people in all over Kachin Land. Since 09 June 2011 Burma army has ignited civil war by attacking KIA forces, KIA Lance Corporal Gawmaw Chang Ying, who was inhumanely tortured and returned as a corps and its continue the same brutality against Kachin people. Burma army has deployed more soldiers and continue attacking KIA and civilian but Burma army most of Burma soldiers were killed in the battles. The Burma army was committing killing Kachin civilian, force porter as human shield in front line, looting, burning homes, villages, soldier gang rape against woman, torture and all sorts of brutality inflicted to Kachin people. Not only that violation, the Burma army has force prisoners to put army uniform and sending them to fronting area to attack against KIA forces. Therefore we Kachin people must unit as one and defend against Burma army offensive operation into al our Kachin lands.
