There was another clash on 07 January 2012 between KIA 4th Brigade forces and offensive Burmese soldiers intrusion in Mawhan village. The Burmese soldiers we taking security position in that area for offensive attack against KIA but was counter defensive attack by KIA to stop Burmese army further intrusion into KIA territories. According eyes witness report one soldier was killed and another one injured by counter self defensive attack by KIA troops.
