ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္ ျမစ္ၾကီးနား ဗန္းေမာ္လမ္း တာလီေက်းရြာ အနီးေခ်ာင္းထဲေရဆင္းခ်ိဳးေနေသာ ကေလးငယ္ ႏွစ္ဦးကုိ ေမလ (၅) ရက္ေန႔တြင္ ဗမာစစ္တပ္ ခလရ (၇၆) မွစစ္သားမ်ားပစ္သတ္ခဲ့ေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိပါသည္။ ျဖစ္စဥ္မွာ ကေလးမ်ား ေခ်ာင္းထဲတြင္ေရခ်ိဳးေနစဥ္ ဗံုးေပါက္ကြဲသံၾကားသျဖင့္ ကေလးမ်ားလန္႔၍ ထြက္ေျပးရာ ခလရ (၇၆) မွစစ္သားမ်ားလုိက္လံပစ္ခတ္ေသာေၾကာင့္ ဦးေပါင္ဆီ ႏွင့္ ေဒၚစီပန္တုိ႔၏သား အသက္ (၅)ႏွစ္ ႏွင့္ ဦးေလာင္းထြန္း ႏွင့္ ေဒၚဆုိင္းပန္ တုိ႔၏သား အသက္ (၇)ႏွစ္ တုိ႔ပြဲျခင္းျပီးေသဆံုးသြားေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိပါသည္။ ဤျဖစ္စဥ္ႏွင့္ပါတ္သက္ျပီး ဗမာစစ္တပ္မွ တာလီရြာႏွင့္ အနီးအနားမွရြာသူရြာသားမ်ားကုိ ေခၚယူေတြ႔ဆံုျပီး ကေလးႏွစ္ဦးေသဆံုးမွဳသည္ ေကအုိင္ေအေထာင္ထားေသာ ဗံုးျဖင့္ေသးဆံုးျခင္းျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း   ေျပာဆုိရန္ဖိအားေပးခဲ့ေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိပါသည္။

Burmese Military shot dead (2)children on 5th May 2012, while (3) children were taking bath in Ta Li river water in Kachin State. There are very loud bomb explosion that shock the (3) children running for safety while they were playing water in that river. The brutal Burmese military battalion infantry HK.L.Y (76), Burmese soldiers opened fire as well as artillery at (3) children. Among the (3) children, (5) year old child of Mr Pau Si and Mrs Si Pan and (7) years old child of Mr Lau Htun and Ms Seng Pan were brutally killed by BURMESE MILITARY’s soldiers. According EEDY report cited that Burmese military’s soldiers called for informal meeting with villagers from Ta Li and to cover up the actual cause of killing was done by Burmese military soldiers. In fact Burmese Military’s soldiers ordered villagers to tell the two children were kill by KIA bomb instead to cover up the truth facts that brutal killing of (2) children was committed by Burmese Military’s soldiers.

Burmese Military has been attacking and killing Kachin civilian started since 09 June 2011. Since then (17) year cease fire agreement between KIA and Burmese Military was broke down due to Burmese Military launch attacked against KIA and KIA Lance Corporal Gawmaw Chang Ying, who was inhumanely tortured and brutally killed. Since then KIA and Kachin people have to defend Burmese Military offensive attack until today. As a result of civil war started by Burmese Military, it lead to humantarian crisis in Kachin state, Burma  as well as Kachin Internally Displaced People (IDP) have increase to over 75,000. We Kachin people, appeal to United Nation Security (UN), USA, UK, EU and world communities leaders to stop Burmese Military and regime from KILLING its own citizens. We Kachin also strongly condemn brutality killing and crime committed by Burmese Military.
