There was another fierce fighting on 26 May 2012, between 5th Brigade KIA troops and Burmese soldiers. The fighting took placed in Pan Tsun Post under 5th Brigade KIA control areas and Burmese soldiers from Hang Kai Mountain base fired many rounds of 105mm artilleries. However more than ten rounds of 105mm shell landed near Lawa Yang village. Fortunately, according to front lines report, there was no casualties and injuries from the artilleries shelling explosion.
