ဗမာအစုိးရစစ္တပ္မွ ဂထန္ယန္ ရြာသူရြာသားမ်ားကုိ ျပန္လည္ ႏွိပ္စက္

ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္ ေကအုိင္အုိအစုိးရ အေနာက္ပုိင္းတုိင္း တပ္မဟာ (၂) နယ္ေျမျဖစ္ေသာ မုိးေကာင္း - ဖားကန္႔လမ္း နမ့္ဆီးအန္ေက်းရြာတြင္ ေအာက္တုိဘာ (၁၉) ရက္ေန႔၌ အျပစ္မဲ့ ရြာသူရြာသားမ်ားကုိ မတရား ႏွပ္စက္ ညင္းပမ္းခဲ့ေသာ ဗမာအစုိးရစစ္တပ္ တပ္မ (၈၈) ၏တပ္ရင္းမ်ားသည္ ယခုအခါ ကားမုိင္းျမိဳ႕ အနီးရွိ ဂထန္ယန္ေက်းရြာသူ ရြာသားမ်ားကုိ ျပန္လည္ ႏွိပ္စက္မွဳမ်ားျပဳလုပ္ေနေၾကာင္း သတင္း ရရွိပါသည္။ ယခုအခါ ဂထန္ယန္ေက်းရြာ၊ လြယ္ဆုိင္ေက်းရြားမ်ားမွ ဗမာအစုိးရစစ္တပ္မ်ား၏ ညင္းပန္း ႏွိပ္စက္မွဳေၾကာင့္ ထြက္ေျပားလာေသာ ဒုကၡသည္ (၁၃၆) သည္ ကားမုိင္းျမိဳ႕ေရာက္ရွိေနျပီ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိပါသည္။

The Burmese Government troops tortured again in Ka Htang Yang innocent civilians, which is under KIA (2nd) Brigade area, Western Kachin State, according to the KIA front-line officer report. On 19th October, the Burmese Government troops from division (88), that was the same troops that they tortured the Nam Si En civilians, arrived  Ka Htang Yang village, after that the troops arrested and tortured the innocent villagers. Thus, 136 villagers from Loi Seng fled away to  Kamaing  for the security.
