Burma military and Thein Sein government's strategy is to kill, oppress, terrorize and dehumanize their own civillians so that they can take the state wealth into their pockets at their selfish greed. On the other hand the Bamar public should know that this military is the slave to China at the expense of their own Bamar race. Many Bamar still believe them and dedicate their lives in serving them in military, police and other sectors of the government. True patriotic Bamar peoples are strongly convinced of this point. Therefore they are against the military government in possible means. Now again the miliatary government lies and attracts Western countries with superficial reforms on one hand and pounding the civilians and ethnic Kachin minority with many human right breaches on the other hand.
