ဇန္န၀ါရီ (၁၅) အဂၤါ
၂၀၁၃ ဇန္န၀ါရီ ၁၄ ရက္ နံနက္ ၈ နာရီ ခန္႔တြင္ အစိုးရ တပ္မေတာ္မွ ပစ္ေခတ္ေသာ ေသနတ္ ၾကီး ၁၀၅ မမ ေၾကာင့္ လိုင္ဇာျမိဳ႕ရိွ ခါက်န္႔ရပ္ကြပ္တြင္ ၂ ၾကိမ္ ၾကေရာက္ကာ လိုင္ဇာျမိဳ႕ရိွ အမွတ္(၃) စစ္ေဘးဒုကၡသည္ စခန္း စစ္ေဘးဒုကၡသည္ ၂ ဦးႏွင့္ ၉ တန္း ေက်ာင္းသား ၁ ဦး ေသဆုံးျပီး အမ်ိဳးသမီး ၄ ဦး ဒဏ္ရာ ရရိွခဲ့သည္။
“အခုလို KIA ႏွင့္ အစိုးရ ေတြ ၾကားက ျဖစ္တဲ့စစ္ပြဲေၾကာင္း ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ ၾကားမွာ ေနတဲ့ ျပည္သူေတြ ေနရေတာ္ေတာ္ခက္တယ္။ အဓိက ဒီမွာ က စစ္ေဘး ေရွာင္လာသူမ်ားတယ္။ အမ်ားပိုင္းလည္း ေက်ာင္းသား ေတြ မ်ားတယ္။ အခုလို အစိုးရ ေတြ လည္း ဒီ လိုင္ဇာျမိဳ႕ကို ခ်ိန္ျပီး ပစ္ေနျပီဆိုေတာ့ စစ္ေရွာင္ျပီး လာေနသူမ်ားလည္း ေတာ္ေတာ္ကို စိုးရိမ္ေနၾကျပီ။ ဒီေန႔မနက္ျဖစ္သြားတာ လည္းကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ ေက်ာင္းသားတစ္ ေယာက္ပါသြားတယ္။သူ႔မိဘေတြ အတြက္ေတာ့ စိတ္မေကာင္းစရာပဲ။ အခုလိုသာ ဆက္ျဖစ္ေနရင္ လိုင္ဇာျမိဳ႕မွ ရိွတဲ့ ေဒသခံ ေတြ သာမက ေက်ာင္းသား မ်ား စစ္ေဘးဒုကၡသည္မ်ား အားလုံးအတြက္ လုံျခဳံမႈလုံး၀ မရိွဘူး။” လိုင္ဇာ အထက ေက်ာင္း ေက်ာင္းဆရာ ကို ေဖာ္လန္း က ဆိုသည္။
ပထမဆုံးက် သည့္ က်ည္ဆံေၾကာင့္ သင္ေထာက္ ဦးမလန္ေယာ္ထုန္(အသက္ ၇၆ႏွစ္) ႏွင့္ ဦးအင္ခြမ္ေဘာက္ေနာ္ (အသက္ ၄၆ႏွစ္) တို႔ေသဆုံးခဲ့ျပီး အမ်ိဳးသမီး ၄ ဦး ဒဏ္ရာရရိွခဲ့သည္။ ေနာက္ တစ္လုံး က်သည့္ က်ည္ဆံ ေၾကာင့္ ၉ တန္း ေက်ာင္းသား ေမာင္ေဖာင္ယူး ဒြဲေအာင္ ေသဆုံးရျခင္းျဖစ္သည္။ ဒဏ္ရာ ရရိွသူမ်ားကို မႈ တရုတ္ျပည္ မန္ရွီ ျမိဳ႕ရိွ ေဆးရုံးသုိ႔ ပို႔ေဆာင္ခဲ့သည္။
“စစ္ပြဲအျမန္ျပီးရပ္ပါေစလို႔ေတာ့ အရမ္းကို ေမ်ာ္လင့္ေနတယ္။ အခုလိုသာ ဆက္ျဖစ္ေနရင္ စစ္ေဘးဒုကၡသည္ေတြ တကယ္ကိုခံစားရတယ္။ ေသနတ္သံတစ္ခ်က္ၾကားတိုင္း ရင္ဘတ္ထဲမွာ ဒုတ္ဒုတ္ ဆုိျပီး အရန္းခံစားရတယ္။” ဟု လိုင္ဇာရိွ စစ္ေဘးဒုကၡတစ္ဦးျဖစ္သူ အသက္ ၆၀ အရြယ္ရိွ ေဒၚေယာ္နမ္ က ဆိုသည္။
ဒီဇင္ဘာလမွ စျပီး လိုင္ဇာျမိဳ႕သုိ႔ ခ်ိန္ျပီး ျပစ္ခတ္လွ်က္ရိွျပီး ဒီေန႕မနက္မွာ ပထမဆုံးအၾကိမ္ လိုင္ဇာျမိဳ႕သို႔က်ေရာက္ျခင္းျဖစ္သည္။ ၁၄ ရက္နံ နက္ ၁၀ နာရီ မနစ္ ၃၀ တြင္ တစ္ၾကိမ္ ၁၁ နာရီတြင္ တစ္ၾကိမ္ လိုင္ဇာျမိဳ႕အနီးသုိ႔ ဆက္တိုက္ ပစ္ခတ္ခဲ့သည္။
At 08:00 AM on the morning of 14th January 2013, the Burmese Government troops shelled with 105 MM artillery weapons to Laiza. Two shells were exploded in to the Hka Chyang quarter, Laiza, KIA head quarter. In such shelling, two civilian refugees, they are from No. 2 refugee camp, were died, (1) nine standard student was killed and (4) women were injured.
“It is very hard to live for our civilians in between KIA and Burmese Government troops battles. Actually, there are many of war refugees in here and most are students. We are so scared because the Burmese Government aim to shoot Laiza and this morning one of my students was killed by the Burmese army shelling. It is very sad event for the parent. If it is happened continuously, there is no security for us in here,” said teacher Hpaw Lang.
Deacon Mr. Malang Yaw Htung ( 76 years ) and Mr. Nhkum Bawk Naw ( 46 years ) were killed and (4) women were injured with the first shelling, continuously Hpau Yu Doi Awng, who is nine standard student, was killed by the second shelling. All the injured were sent to Mang Shi hospital (China). “We hope to finish the battle faster, we feel seriously for that battle. When we hear the gun shot, our heart’s beats become chaos,” said Mrs. Yaw Nam, one of the refugee from Laiza.
These shelling were the first time to hit the Laiza from firing since December last year. The Burmese Government troops fired continuously at 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM on 14th January, 2013.
